The role

The Accounts Payable Officer will be the point of contact and take responsibility for the running of an efficient purchase ledger for a dedicated range of subsidiaries of The Regenda Group. You will deal with all tasks from processing high-volume invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders, disputing invoices which do not follow internal policies through to producing payments to management team.

It will also be the responsibility of the Accounts Payable Officer to maintain existing supplier accounts as well as being involved in the authorisation of new supplier requests ensuring the strict policies and procedures are followed. As the point of contact for numerous budget holders and their wider teams, you will assist with any internal training required on finance procedures and be of assistance when required. You will be expected to have a full understanding of the importance of following internal policies and the importance of segregation of duties.
