Job title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Job Location: Oldbury

ABOUT THE ROLE:

1. Processing supplier payment runs
2. Reconciliation of statements including vlook ups
3. Resolving payment and supplier queries
4. Processing of invoices and credit notes
5. Processing proforma payments
6. Resolving daily on stops
7. Updating supplier data changes

Working Hours:

Mon-Fri: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Weekly hours: 37.5
Breaks: 30 mins

ABOUT YOU:

1. Excellent Excel skills
2. Attention to detail and numbers
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Microsoft Word experience
5. Accounts Payable experience
