Accounts Payable responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintaining the accounts payable ledger and reconciling supplier statements.
  • Preparing payment runs and managing petty cash.
  • Assisting with month-end and year-end closing.
  • Communicating effectively with suppliers and resolving queries.
  • Maintaining financial security by adhering to internal controls.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Assistant should have:
