  • Processing supplier purchase invoices and inputting them on the system (3E), ensuring they match the purchase order (where applicable);
  • Communicate with suppliers to discuss payments and resolve any queries;
  • Support the payment run process in accordance with accounts procedures;
  • Assist with completing the month-end process;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on accounts queries or issues; and
  • Other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role (at least one year), ideally in a legal or professional services environment;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Have a positive attitude and be proactive; and
  • The ability to ensure confidentiality of all information is maintained.

We are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace, where every individual is respected and valued. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates, irrespective of their background or personal circumstances.

If you are passionate about joining a busy team and are eager for a challenging yet fulfilling career, we encourage you to apply.
