Accounts Payable Administrator | £28,000-30,000 | Wrexham

An opportunity has come up at a manufacturing business based in Wrexham to bring in an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join a well established finance team.

As Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a key role in the purchase ledger team. Day to day duties will include:

  • Posting a high volume of purchase ledger invoices
  • Processing weekly payments
  • Processing expenses
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Supporting wider finance team with ad hoc duties

For this role, you must have:

  • Experience working in a high volume accounts payable environment
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • Good Excel skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a timely and accurate manner
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable approach with a strong work ethic
  • AAT part qualified would be advantageous
