Puro Associates are recruiting for an Accounts Manager to join a chartered firm of ours with the flexibility to work in any of their six offices in and around Dundee. Responsibilities of an Accounts Manager:
  • Preparation of annual accounts, business and personal tax
  • Identifying any tax issues for example P11D, S455 tax, VAT implications etc
  • Providing support/cover and assistance for subordinates when required, responsibility to undertake all jobs of subordinates.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of outputs to either clients or senior managers.
  • Reviewing the work of junior members of staff and recording feedback
  • Scheduling and allocating work to subordinates and providing technical assistance where required.
What we are looking for in an Accounts Manager:
  • ICAS/ACCA or Qualified by experience
  • At least 5+ years’ experience in UK Practice
  • Experience dealing with own portfolio and overseeing/managing junior members of staff.
