This role is an opportunity for a well-organized and detail-oriented professional to manage financial transactions, assist in logistics coordination, and support communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all customer payments and supplier transactions are processed and recorded correctly.
  • Prepare and issue invoices.
  • Manage credit control and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Process outgoing payments and allocate banking transactions.
  • Handle and resolve financial queries.
  • Assist with client collections and deliveries, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Confirm delivery details with clients and process related payments.
  • Coordinate with couriers and manage transport paperwork.
  • Maintain relationships with service providers, including landlords, maintenance teams, security, and cleaning services.
  • Support office health and safety initiatives.
  • Organize office events and social activities.
  • Distribute customer surveys and feedback forms.
  • Support proposal and presentation preparation, including maintaining a content library (videos, photos, policies).
  • Assist with internal communications, such as training sessions and company-wide meetings.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and practical problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks under time constraints.
  • A track record of teamwork and long-term commitment to previous employers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in IT, including web searches, social media, financial databases, spreadsheets, formal business correspondence, and shared calendars.
  • Some experience in commercial decision-making or cost management is advantageous.
  • An interest in technology hardware is beneficial.
