Job Description

The Audit & Accounts Manager will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting senior members of the team
  2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  3. Managing client expectations and resolving concerns
  4. Conducting client meetings and providing business advice
  5. Identifying and resolving technical accounting and auditing issues
  6. Drafting detailed audit findings and recommendations
  7. Ensuring compliance with auditing standards and firm methodologies
  8. Resolving complex accounting queries
  9. Reviewing tax computations and provisions
  10. Supporting year-end reporting processes

The Successful Applicant

  • ACA/ACCA qualified accountant
  • Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and audit standards
  • Experience managing audit engagements and client relationships
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
