Accounts Assistant (Client Transitions) - 9 months FTC
This role is full time, fixed-term for 9 months and based in our Glasgow office with hybrid working.
Role Purpose
Working in one of the Property Management Accounting operational teams. Onboarding and offboarding the financial data of client's assets into and out from CBRE's management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the financial onboarding of client's portfolios to ensure accurate setup
- Interrogate financial handover from previous managing agent
- Transaction processing onto accounting system
- Review and understand service charge
- Finalising the cash reconciliation
- Ensure the offboarding financial control balances are cleared in line with sale agreement
- Responsibility for banking setup
- Point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders
- Ownership of transition portfolio. Highlighting and escalating where required
- Process payments to external parties as required
- Providing support and training to team members
- Assist with project work where required
- Maintain and own documentation processes in line with compliance requirements
- Support any ad hoc requests

Skills Required- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) required
- Experience in using Property Management systems, would be advantageous
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
