Hours: 30 hours, Monday Friday 09:00am 15:30pm
Location: Hybrid work 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Salary: GBP19,050 per annum

Accounts Assistant: What You’ll Be Doing
As Accounts Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping accounts in check and ensuring smooth financial operations.
- Keeping on top of electronic mailboxes and processing invoices like a pro
- Handling accounts payable queries with a smile
- Assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
- Managing inbound customer finance enquiries (because great service is key!)
- Keeping bank accounts in tip–top shape with reconciliations
- Reviewing and setting up new customer accounts
Accounts Assistant: What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role; Finance Assistant, Finance Administrator, Accounts Assistant
- Experience in a busy finance team and high–volume finance environment
- A self–starter who thrives on getting things done
- A confident communicator with a friendly phone manner
- Someone who loves delivering top–notch customer service
- A team player who enjoys working with others
- Tech–savvy and comfortable with MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM platforms
