Accounts Assistant

We are building our pool of available (or soon to be available) Account Assistants to work in Swindon, Wiltshire and Cirencester on various temporary assignments.

Your new role
In general, as an Accounts Assistant, you will support the Finance and Accounting team in managing the Organisation's financial activities. Your responsibilities could include:

• Processing invoices
• Managing expense reports
• Reconciliations
• Preparing financial reports
• Supporting Payroll and other Departments

What you'll need to succeed
Whilst each organisation's specific Accounts Assistant role may differ, typically success in these positions requires a blend of financial-related skills, expertise and qualities. Key points that will help you to excel in this area:

• Working knowledge of an Accounts Assistant role (or similar)
• Numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Accounting software
