Job Description

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports such as financial statements and budget performance.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Prepare and post monthly journals.
• Contribute to the development of annual financial plans and forecasts.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, as necessary.
• Manage expense claims and process payments.
• Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks related to finance upon request.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Accounts Assistant' should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, strong typing skills.
• Strong numerical skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets.
• A knack for working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
