We seek an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team.

This is an ideal position for individuals looking to start their career in finance, as we welcome candidates with no prior experience. Comprehensive training will be provided, and candidates can work towards AAT Level 3 certification as part of their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records
  2. Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately
  3. Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  4. Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
  5. Help maintain filing systems and databases
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  7. Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
Requirements:

  1. A keen interest in finance and accounting
  2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
