Job description

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking to join a growing team? If so, please get in touch as we are currently recruiting for our client based in North Lanarkshire (Bellshill).


Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Accounts Assistant role will be responsible for all the transactions and processing for assigned group companies.


Duties will include:
  1. Process Purchase & Sales Invoices
  2. Manage Invoice queries
  3. Process expenses
  4. Process bank and statement reconciliations
  5. Journals
  6. Assist with month-end preparations
  7. Ad hoc finance admin & reporting

Our client is looking for candidates with great organisational skills, the ability to prioritise, and the capability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. In return, our client offers a competitive salary of up to £28K and a core working week of 37 hours with a flexible working pattern. This role will be based on-site in our client's large modern office.
