Property Administrator/Accounts

£25k plus benefits

Join a leading Consultancy in the South West as a Property Management Administrator. This permanent position offers the chance to work in a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service. Based in their Exeter office in the heart of the city, you will manage the administration and work within the Property Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Setting up invoices for rent & processing sales invoices
  2. Undertaking credit control
  3. Updating Service Charge Budgets
  4. Balancing the software to the ledger
  5. Handling requests from Clients & producing invoices
  6. Collecting information from Property Managers to produce fee accounts
  7. Processing new property files
  8. Undertaking administrative tasks

What is required:
  1. Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  2. Background working with invoicing and budgets
  3. Ability to pick up bespoke systems quickly
  4. Good administration skills
  5. Organised with good attention to detail
