Join Our Team as an Accounts Administrator Assistant!

Location: Swindon, UK
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term - (Part Time 25 hrs)
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 pro rata
Hybrid Working: 2 days from home, 3 days in the office

About Us: At The CFO Centre, we pride ourselves on providing top-tier financial expertise to businesses of all sizes. Our UK Finance team is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable Accounts Administrator Assistant to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

What’s the Opportunity? This is a diverse role that requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, problem-solving abilities, and high levels of organisation. You'll be tackling tasks both big and small with enthusiasm, making a real impact on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

  • Monitor the accounts mailbox, assist with queries, and allocate emails to the appropriate team members.
  • Set up new clients on our billing platform and assign them to the appropriate Principal and Regional Director/Partner.
  • Support new Principals in setting up their accounts on the Billing Platform.
  • Complete finance processes for any Principal leavers.

Monthly Tasks:

  • Update finance systems to reflect the status of former clients.
  • Maintain and update the performance spreadsheet.

Quarterly Tasks:

  • Conduct price rise reviews and manage the process from start to finish.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

  • Handle ad hoc analysis requests from the UK Finance Manager.
  • Provide cover for other processes as required.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven experience in financial roles.
  • Experience with finance systems like Oracle and SAP (preferable).
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
