Accounting Specialist / General Accountant

Compensation

• $25-$30/hour

What You’ll Be Doing

• Performing heavy reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Handling general accounting tasks, including AP and AR functions
• Utilizing intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.) to analyze data
• Assisting with month-end close processes and financial reporting
• Working closely with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies
• Ensuring financial records are organized and up to date

What You’ll Need to be Considered

• 2 years of experience in accounting
• Strong understanding of account reconciliations and transactional accounting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
