As an Accounting Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping customers get the most out of our cutting-edge financial software, ensuring their requirements are met through expert system configuration and implementation. Your expertise will drive customer success and provide consultancy services to a prestigious portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities:

Delivering exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for implementation
Configuring our market-leading SaaS finance solution to meet customer needs
Leading system build workshops, data migration, and user acceptance testing
Supporting clients through go-live and post-implementation success
Collaborating with project delivery, support, and internal product teams
Identifying project risks and providing strategic solutions
Advising customers on best practices to optimise their workflows

The successful candidate:

Experience implementing finance software solutions
Accounting qualification (AAT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred)
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
A problem-solver with strong attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment
