Overview of Job Role

To review and control:

• The preparation of the Monthly Management accounts including P&L and Balance Sheet movements for SOX Compliance
• The preparation and oversight of the Intercompany accounts

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Working with and supporting the Finance Manager in the preparation of the monthly management accounts including
  • Preparation of P&L with full narratives (including those required for SOX)
  • Preparation of Balance sheet reconciliations ensuring all balances are explained and reviewed
  • Preparation of Balance Sheet Flux Files on a quarterly basis
  • All in accordance with Group Timelines
• Ensuring that all tax returns and payments are made on time.
• Ensuring Statutory audits are delivered on time and within budget.

Experience / Qualifications Required

Essential

• Good Excel skills
• Attention to detail

Desirable

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Navision
