Location: Littlehampton

Hours: Monday - Friday, 25-30 hours

Salary: £27,000 - £31,000 pro rata to 25-30 hours

Office Angels are delighted to partner with our esteemed client in their search for a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a fantastic finance team within a supportive and thriving business.

What You'll Do:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the full accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
2. Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
3. Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on receivables and cash flow.
4. Collaborating closely with our sales and finance teams to foster positive relationships and ensure smooth operations.
5. Assisting with month-end closing activities and providing support during audits as needed.

1. Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
2. Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
