Account Manager - Software / Saas - Maidenhead - Up to £30K

Great opportunity for someone from a Customer-service, Technical Support or Account Management background!

This fast-growing technology company that invests in their staff is looking for a Junior Customer Success & Support Agent to join their team. In this role, you'll support existing clients, ensure they get the most value from the company's products, and help strengthen relationships. This is a non-sales role, but you may have experience in customer service, Sales & Account Management, or client success from a different company.
