Account Manager - Renewable Energy

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

In this role, the Account Manager will be responsible for strengthening and maximizing existing partnerships to enhance success for both parties. You will also identify and develop opportunities for new partnerships, prepare and write bids/tenders to secure business, and keep up to date with industry trends and initiatives that affect the renewable market.

This role would suit a driven Account/Partner Manager with experience in the energy and/or on-site generation sector. You should have proven experience of writing tenders to win business and a passion for renewable energy.

The Role:

  1. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing accounts to create mutually successful partnerships.
  2. Proactively seek out and engage potential partners to broaden the company's reach.
  3. Assist in identifying and developing tender opportunities, and prepare and submit proposals.
  4. Work closely with technical and project delivery teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements.
  5. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and government regulations affecting the renewable energy market.

The Person:

  1. Account/Partner Management within the energy and/or generation sector (ideally renewables).
  2. Strong relationship management skills.
  3. Experience of tender/bid writing.
  4. Good understanding of renewable and/or energy technologies and markets.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
