Account Management
Build excellent relationships with stakeholders across your accounts including regular virtual and onsite meetings to discuss performance and SLAs, this may include quarterly presentations to clients to discuss reports/data.
Act as the key POC for customers; ensuring growth, delivery and fill-rate on your accounts. Expectation on accounts to fill every vacancy.
Support strategic sales plans in connection with Client Engagement team's objectives.
Responsible for the day-to-day running of your account, alongside account development.
Secure job vacancies from your client and provide a clear and concise overview to your Talent Attraction team to ensure candidate profile expectations are clear.
Ensure all SLAs are being adhered to and job fill ratios are meeting the needs of our clients.
Excellent user of internal and external customer portals and systems, leading from the front and demonstrating best practices.
Offer advice to customers on current market conditions as well as advice on market rates and salaries.
Delivery Team Management
Effectively manage your Delivery team to ensure excellent customer service is provided and positive candidate relationships are built.
Provide a clear customer and role overview to the Talent Attraction team so candidate profile expectations are clear.
Ensure your Delivery team provides an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from qualification calls through to interview scheduling and onboarding.
Manage delivery against appropriate KPIs, flag non-performance and support each individual within the team.
Follow the Proactive Progression Plan 3 monthly framework.
Ensure all activity is tracked on Talisman.
Ensure training needs are met to give Delivery team members the ability to provide a comprehensive resourcing service.
Additional Info
Previous experience within recruitment (all levels considered) desired.
Hours: 8.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday (hybrid working).
