Job Description
Working closely with the General Manager, this role will have the opportunity to develop and grow their own channel and team, including support from the Europe Middle East Africa product team in developing and introducing new products fit for the UK market.
Maintain a close and effective working relationship with the Marketing Team to develop the brand strategy & expand brand recognition within the Specialist Outdoor Power Equipment channel.
Convey a consistent brand message across all channels, in line with the overall brand strategy.
Work closely with the product team to identify & develop product opportunities in line with the channel requirements.
To liaise with the European product teams to establish a united development approach, suitable for the UK market.
Build & implement a solid & workable category plan in conjunction with the General Manager.
Prepare a brand plan annually with anticipated channel growth including revenues.
Explore distribution channels to establish and grow the channel and drive the brand within the UK.
Work closely with the Brand Manager to develop & advance the brand into the outdoor specialists market sector.
