Account Management Role
As an Account Manager at Spinach, you'll be at the heart of our client relationships. You’ll drive projects forward, acting as the bridge between our creative teams and our clients, ensuring that our bold ideas come to life seamlessly. Your understanding of branding, paired with your attention to detail, means you’ll anticipate needs, solve challenges, and make sure every deliverable exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture client relationships, becoming their trusted partner.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our creative services, from brand strategy to content marketing and beyond.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, aligning our creative outputs with client goals.
Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and contribute to developing proposals.
Champion Spinach's principles: originality, intelligent creativity, and clarity in everything you do.
About You:
You are ambitious, passionate about excellence, and constantly strive to push creative boundaries.
You have a degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or have an in-depth understanding of branding, design, and business matters.
You have 2+ years of experience in account management, ideally in a creative or branding agency environment.
You’re passionate about branding and design and understand their power to elevate brands.
Exceptional communication skills – you’re equally comfortable speaking with clients, collaborating with creatives, and liaising with strategists.
A proactive problem solver who thrives on finding solutions and pushing projects to their full potential.
You understand our clients’ industries, from hospitality to lifestyle, and are excited by the idea of working with premium brands.
