Core Mission:

Launch physician dispensed skincare brand, Alastin, in your territory, by building and developing an account base of new medical aesthetic accounts. Build long term relationships and execute the commercial plans of the brand in order to achieve and exceed defined revenue, growth and promotional objectives whilst ensuring that brand awareness and all commercial opportunities are maximised.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Win new business and open new accounts in line with launch strategy
  2. Act as a business consultant, establishing and implementing business plans for growth and carrying out regular business reviews, identifying client needs
  3. Establish barriers to entry from competitors
  4. Achieve targets set by Regional Business Manager / Head of Sales
  5. Tailor and deliver education plans in accounts
  6. Implement marketing activity in accounts
  7. Identify opportunities for increasing business
  8. Respond quickly and effectively to client requests
  9. Ensure customer files are maintained. Complete all required administration in a timely and accurate manner, including updating client information
  10. Develop key opinion leaders in your area
  11. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace, brands and customers to ensure effective market intelligence
  12. Network with colleagues across the Aesthetics Business Unit to share best practice
  13. Support inductions for new colleagues
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  15. Represent the company at congresses and events as an ambassador of the company for both internal and external customers
  16. Some tasks may involve working outside normal business hours
  17. Other tasks as required to develop the business as directed by line manager

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Degree level education
  2. Commercial education, e.g., business, economics, administration preferable
  3. ABPI qualification or commitment to become ABPI qualified within 2 years of joining the organisation
  4. Self motivator and autonomous with strong planning skills to maximise time in field to achieve KPI’s
  5. Strong network of medical contacts within aesthetic clinics
  6. Passionate about the Aesthetics industry and always ahead of the game with industry trends and innovation
  7. A proven track record of growing business via winning new accounts and developing existing accounts and achieving KPIs and targets
  8. Commercial acumen supported by excellent negotiation skills
  9. Ability to cultivate, maintain and build professional relationships with KOLs and clinic owners
  10. Appreciation of the diverse roles within a private clinic and role each plays in the decision-making process
  11. Ability to plan and execute hands-on training events compliantly and to a high quality
  12. Experience working in the Aesthetics sector and/or Dermatology (desired)
  13. The ability to listen and interact effectively with different interpersonal styles, communicating clearly and concisely
  14. A full driving license is essential for the position
  15. Demonstrate a high level of interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written ability
