We're Hiring: Account Manager - Fire Safety

Location: London
Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Are you an experienced Account Manager with expertise in fire safety? My client is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee key accounts and manage critical projects in the fire protection sector. If you have a proven background in planning and running fire door checks, surveys, and remedial works, this could be the perfect role for you.

The Role:

1. Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
2. Plan and coordinate fire door inspections, surveys, and remedial projects.
3. Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards across all projects.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical staff and engineers, to deliver top-tier service.
5. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
6. Provide regular updates to clients via presentations, reports, and communications.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience as an Account Manager, ideally in fire safety or facilities management.
2. Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations in the UK.
3. Hands-on experience with fire door checks, surveys, and remedial works.
4. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. A relevant qualification or certification in fire safety, business, or engineering is a plus.
