The Opportunity

  • Our client is looking to employ an ambitious commercial insurance Senior Account Handler / Account Manager to join their commercial team.
  • This role will sit within a dynamic and fast-paced team managing client programmes across multiple business sectors and insurances.
  • Managing all aspects of the renewal process and maintaining the exceptional level of service offered will be essential, as will providing comprehensive support to new business projects.
  • There is a portfolio of diverse clients including major players in the Leisure, Construction, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Logistics, Technology, and Distribution sectors.
  • The successful candidate will enjoy a varied working schedule encompassing all aspects of client management within the commercial insurance market.
  • It is envisaged that this position will lead to more senior roles locally or within the wider group.

Successful Candidates

  • Experience in the Commercial Insurance market. Some experience in Administration, Account Handling, customer service, or a sales role would be welcome.
  • Strong experience of commercial insurance types and products would be welcome, although full product training is provided.
  • Strong customer service professionals taking personal ownership of service delivery.
  • Excellent communicators both verbally and orally with a proven ability to develop relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Well organised and comfortable working to deadlines. An energetic professional with a positive mindset and good IT skills.
  • Looking to build a long-term career.
