If so, due to continued expansion, we are pleased to be partnered with our client who is on the hunt for an ambitious Account Manager to join their team!

About our Client: Our client is an ambitious tech-oriented financial intermediary hiring the most talented people to bring the best outcomes to clients. They source finance solutions for businesses and individuals who need assistance finding the most appropriate way of raising capital to purchase assets, invest in new opportunities, and manage cash flow.

The Team: The Account Management team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and understanding their requirements so you can solve their needs most effectively. Working alongside other Account Managers and a Support team, you’ll be fully assisted in helping clients with almost any type of requirement they have.

Your Account Manager Role: Account Managers are experienced sales professionals in financial services or related industries. While extensive market knowledge is not mandatory, self-motivation plays a crucial role in achieving success in this position. The primary responsibilities of the role are to:

  1. Build and nurture client relationships through various channels like telesales, social media, trade events, and networking.
  2. Offer finance solutions by presenting a range of products such as asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance.
  3. Conduct effective analysis of financial requirements and relevant documentation.
  4. Develop a full understanding of your clients’ requirements.
  5. Prepare proposal documents and compile persuasive applications.

A high performing Account Manager will:

  1. Conduct background research on prospects prior to engaging.
  2. Maintain a high level of professionalism in all forms of communication.
  3. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills.
  4. Remain vigilant against fraud and money laundering risks, promptly reporting any concerns.
  5. Adhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all interactions.
  6. Support fellow Account Managers and contribute expertise and best practices to the wider team.

Our Ideal Account Manager: We are looking for a candidate who is hardworking, proactive, puts in 100% output, and generally wants to thrive in a growing team. Working within a team of 8 - Flexible, collaborative, and encouraging. Looking to expand and opportunities to progress to managing a team. Candidate must have a successful background in client-facing sales, preferably telesales, along with prior experience in the Finance sector. Candidates coming from a Finance Broker are highly desirable.
