ABOUT THE POSITION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing client base across a range of different verticals and products. This role requires a strong sales background, exceptional account management skills, and a deep understanding of security solutions.
You will be working closely with the existing Customer Success team and act as the primary customer contact for the commercial side of the relationship, ensuring customers are receiving value from our solutions and identifying opportunities for growth, through strategic positioning of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to ultimately drive revenue.
