Position Overview
We're seeking a high-performing Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for their success and satisfaction with our services. You'll manage client advertising campaigns, optimize their sales processes, and ensure they achieve their growth objectives.
Salary Range
$6,000 - $11,000 per month (performance-based)

Our clients judge their experience with Customers On Command solely based on their interaction with their Account Manager. You are the face of our company to the client. When clients succeed, they don't say "Customers On Command scaled my company" - they say "My AM scaled my company." The reputation and quality of our clients' experience lives and dies by you.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Script and launch VSLs and ad creatives for clients
Manage ad accounts daily, optimizing campaigns for success
Build and oversee client funnels, ensuring all technical elements work properly
Conduct market research to understand client audiences and create effective ad angles
Client Communication
Maintain proactive communication with clients via Slack and weekly 1:1 calls
Respond to client messages within 1 hour between 8am-8pm your local time
Lead clients proactively, never leaving them wondering about next steps
Execute daily and weekly reporting to identify constraints and develop action plans
Performance Optimization
Monitor and optimize key metrics: CPQBC, CPMs, outbound clicks, lead-to-call ratio
Implement strategies to improve client sales processes (show rates, close rates)
Connect clients with internal resources like our sales coach when needed
Take full accountability for everything within your control
Team Collaboration
Actively participate in daily team meetings
Work collaboratively with other team members to solve client challenges
Be able to contribute new ideas to the team (say new AI workflows for example)

Primary Metrics
Sub 15% monthly client churn rate (most important metric)
Client satisfaction as measured by number of referrals you generate
Increases in client ad spend and revenue
Improvement in clients CAC:LTV ratio

Compensation Structure
Base compensation starts with:
$350/month per client during their initial 3-month project period
$700/month per client for ascended clients (post initial period)
Example earnings:
10 initial clients ($350 × 10) = $3,500
10 ascended clients ($700 × 10) = $7,000
Total: $10,500/month
Your primary focus is ascending clients after their 3-month agreement. With 15+ ascended clients, you can achieve $10,500+ monthly income.
