With offices in Austin, Los Angeles, London, and now Singapore, we’re expanding our international reach. Join us as an Account Manager in our London office to build influential client relationships and help shape pop culture by bringing our brands to life on screen.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, building and nurturing long-term partnerships. You’ll lead the day-to-day delivery of campaign objectives, developing a deep understanding of each client’s business and industry, and advocating for their needs within our teams. Your role will be essential in ensuring our clients’ campaigns succeed, driving collaboration and seamless coordination across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate meaningful client relationships, acting as their advocate and ensuring we meet and exceed campaign objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business and industry trends, positioning yourself as a strategic partner.
  • Build and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, providing clients and internal teams with actionable insights.
  • Maintain organized account notes and records in our CRM and databases to support information flow and reporting accuracy.
  • Act as a key resource to all team members, collaborating to optimize processes and enable team success.
  • Run internal and external meetings to drive effective collaboration, timely project execution, and high-quality deliverables.
  • Contribute to a positive, people-first team culture and actively support team health and morale.
  • Embrace other duties and tasks as needed—our team members wear many hats!

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience managing client relationships, with a portfolio of £2.5M+ at a media, advertising, or marketing agency.
  • Strong grasp of marketing and media principles, with a client-centric, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Analytical thinker who thrives on solving challenges and delivering results.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills (verbal, written, and visual).
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com), communication apps (Slack, Zoom, WhatsApp, WeChat), design tools (Canva, Photoshop), and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Eat, breathe, & sleep pop culture, with a passion for television & film entertainment.

Pay: £40,000 - £50,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location Requirement:

Candidates must reside in the greater London area and have reliable transportation for commuting.

Working Hours:

Due to our global operations and client base, flexibility in working hours is essential. You may need to adjust your schedule to accommodate different time zones and ensure effective communication with our international teams and clients.
