Job Title: Account Manager

Location: London, UK

Salary: £35,000 base + uncapped commission (£80k OTE)

The Role

Due to rapid growth and success, they are now looking for a resilient and confident Account Manager to help drive towards their ambitious goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact, grow professionally, and be part of something ambitious.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building and maintaining strong client relationships across both new and existing accounts
  2. Customising sales solutions to align with each client’s culture and goals
  3. Conducting meetings with prospects and existing customers to drive wholesale product sales
  4. Exploring new revenue streams from machine installations, client networks, and neighbouring businesses
  5. Preparing tailored proposals and presentations
  6. Keeping CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) up to date with all sales activities
  7. Staying on top of industry trends and competitor movements
  8. Attending team meetings and reporting on KPIs and performance

About You

  1. Has 2+ years’ experience in B2B sales or a similar client-facing role
  2. Is confident communicating both over the phone and face-to-face
  3. Has a track record of achievement—whether in sales, sport, or another performance-driven field
  4. Is skilled in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM systems
  5. Holds a full UK driving licence
  6. Has excellent English language skills and a professional approach
