We expand their reach to new customers, optimise their listings to attract the most relevant enquiries, and provide them with everything they need to convert new, high-value customers.
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic senior account manager to continue to develop our presence and relationships within the venue network community. Your core responsibilities will be driving retention and growing revenue from key venue accounts across different categories of venues - corporate, restaurants, bars, pubs, music venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customers and ready to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in with a fast growing and thriving startup.
Inheriting a client portfolio as well as taking on new accounts as they’re onboarded, you will build long lasting partnerships with venue groups and work collaboratively to identify areas for growth and further opportunity.
