We're currently recruiting a dedicated Account Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in CH&CO on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Account Managers to help them support their customers, including regular visits with the relevant Account Manager.
- Part of the escalation process for any issues that cannot be resolved at Account Manager level.
- Create effective Account Plans and use these as tactical tools to retain & grow existing business.
- Closely manage Price, Quality & Service with each assigned customer through:
- Price Checking of new contract SKU's.
- Invoice Checking Audits to ensure suppliers are upholding agreed tendered prices.
- Managing suppliers against agreed SLA's.
- Assisting with the mobilisation of any new wins/business.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships by being professional & efficient.
- Ensuring that all customer meetings have clear objectives and feedback; action points are fully captured within the customer folders.
- Take ownership of day-to-day supply and quality issues and resolve with the relevant supplier.
- Support the Commercial team in maintaining customer price files.
- Offer support to customers with online ordering systems (Freshmarket, Marketman, Procure Wizard, Fourth, etc.).
- Represent Equinoxe in GPO Project Groups, taking ownership for any new plans or processes and rolling these out internally.

- Attention to Detail: Focused on detail and accuracy with regard to written communication, statistics, system input, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Communication Skills: Can communicate simply and easily with people using the appropriate language and style.
- Commercially Aware: Aware of business opportunities and what is going on in the marketplace.
