What you'll be doing as an Account Manager:

1. Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients in the Engineering & Manufacturing space.
2. Understanding client needs inside and out, delivering tailored recruitment solutions that make a real impact.
3. Collaborating with our top-tier recruitment consultants to match the best talent to the right opportunities.
4. Smashing targets and exceeding expectations with your proactive approach.
5. Providing outstanding service that keeps clients coming back for more.

1. Experience in recruitment, customer service, sales, account management or any phone-based role.
2. A natural relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills.
