What You Will Do

  • Answer incoming sales calls and respond to written (email) enquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Promote and effectively sell company products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Generate customer quotations promptly in response to RFQs, showcasing your attention to detail.
  • Manage your accounts and grow revenue and sales.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Conduct a detailed contract review of customer orders/contracts in accordance with quality procedures before acceptance.
  • Enter customer POs/Contracts into the ERP system, archiving related documentation as per quality standards.
  • Understand and respond to customer delivery needs by liaising with internal personnel, ensuring a seamless service.
What You Will Bring

  • Competency in basic ERP systems and internet browsing.
  • A strong customer service ethos with the ability to resolve concerns efficiently and tactfully.
