Account Manager

Location: DE73 Own transport required due to location

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible with hybrid working

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and support client portfolios via email, Skype, and phone
2. Develop strategies to drive revenue and increase traffic
3. Monitor advertiser budgets and lead volumes
4. Source and onboard new clients
5. Negotiate contracts and ensure accurate invoicing
6. Analyse data using CRM and Excel
7. Represent the company at international trade events

Key Skills:

1. Previous account management experience preferred
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Strong analytical and organisational abilities
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
6. Flexibility for occasional out-of-hours calls with the USA
