Account Manager
Cirencester

Here are a few key points:

  • 4 days office (Mon-Thurs) 1 day remote (Fri)
  • You will be joining quite a large team in an open plan office
  • We are looking for someone who has the appetite to learn about specific products and solutions (at very high level)
  • There will be training and so will suit someone who is interested in learning about technology
  • Not lots of cold calling it will be mainly warm leads


ROLE DESCRIPTION
Proactive development of reseller partnership selling products and solutions. Key accountabilities will entail growing existing accounts, identifying and establishing new accounts and generating customer quotes.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales

  • Identify and establish new customer accounts
  • Maintain and grow business with existing accounts
  • Support external sales in managing account administration
  • Generate, provide and follow up customer quotes for solutions
  • Consult with customers in selling and supporting products and services
  • Identify cross selling opportunities

Administrative/Self Development
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings
  • Attend relevant product training
  • Ensure forecasts are submitted in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain and develop knowledge of vendor product portfolio

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
  • Computer literate with MS Office and MS Outlook experience
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation to learn about technology products and services
