Location: Outskirts of Cambridge, CB23

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (OFFICE BASED)

Salary: up to £35,000 per annum + quarterly bonus

We're on the hunt for an Account Manager to join a growing team. You will be the glue that holds everything together, managing client relationships, promoting top-tier products, and making sure every customer interaction is memorable.

Job Duties:

1. Communicate with new and existing customers and keep them informed on any updates regarding offers or company news.
2. Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships.
3. Identify customer needs to result in effective solutions and encourage sales.
4. Prepare reports on account status.
5. Answer any customer queries and manage expectations.
6. Process orders and take payments.
7. Update customer records on the company database.
8. Liaise and assist the field sales team and achieve any company goals.
9. General office support.

What we are looking for:

1. Experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development of 2+ years.
2. Strong attention to detail.
3. Ability to build relationships with clients.
4. Good organizational skills.
