Key Account Manager for Affinity Workforce Solutions

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our service delivery team based in Bristol City Centre - easily accessible by both the M32 Motorway and Bristol Temple Meads Railway Station. A fun, supportive and lively work environment, recruiting in the education sector. The Role

• Monday to Friday 07:00 - 17:00 in school term time and either 9-4 in school holidays or 9-2 if hit target
• Build on relationships with our client schools and education professionals daily
• Managing a pipeline of high-quality candidates, always identifying and engaging with candidates for education roles
• Providing candidate care during the process of them starting a new role
• Maintaining high levels of motivation working to targets
• Have the drive to succeed and desire to build a career within the education recruitment sector
