Account Management Team Leader

Talented People are hiring for an experienced Account Manager to join a growing business in this brand new Account Manager Team Leader role.

Role: Account Management Team Leader
Location: Outside Pulborough

Salary: £35k basic and £7k - £8k bonus

Monday - Friday, all office-based and standard working hours.

Job description:

Account Management:

• Working alongside the Field Sales team to support in managing key accounts and territories.
• Creating long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
• Identifying opportunities through existing clients.
• Passing leads on to the Field Sales team to follow up on.
• Putting together quotations and sending them to new clients.
• Working with others in the business to ensure a smooth process for clients.

Management:

• Driving team performance.
• Ensuring the teams are hitting targets.
• Motivating the team and supporting in development areas where needed.
• Conducting 1:1's to plan the week and month ahead.
• Upskilling team members to ensure they are thinking of new opportunities within the territory and with existing clients to maximize revenue.
• Being the point of escalation and working with the Field Sales team to ensure the right outcomes for clients are met every time.

Experience required:

• Management experience is desirable but not essential.
• Clear experience in an Account Management role managing multiple clients and ensuring the right processes are followed.
• Experience working within the manufacturing or construction sectors would also be desirable.
• Resilience.
• Experience working towards targets.
