Job description

Talented People are hiring for an experienced Account Manager to join a growing business in this brand new Account Manager Team Leader role.

Experience in management isn't solely key to this role. It is more about the want to succeed, grow a successful account management team, and drive success while managing client relationships successfully.

Role: Account Management Team Leader

Location: Outside Pulborough

Salary: £35k basic and £7k - £8k bonus

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, all office based and standard working hours.


Job Description:

Account Management:
  1. Working alongside the Field Sales team to support in managing key accounts and territories.
  2. Create long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
  3. Identifying opportunities through existing clients.
  4. Pass leads on to the Field Sales team to follow up on.
  5. Putting together quotations and sending to new clients.
  6. Working with others in the business to ensure a smooth process for clients.

Management:
  1. Drive team performance.
  2. Ensure the teams are hitting targets.
  3. Motivate the team and support in development areas where needed.
  4. Conduct 1:1s to plan the week and month ahead.
  5. Upskill team members to ensure they are thinking of new opportunities within the territory and with existing clients to maximize revenue.
  6. Be the point of escalations and work with the Field Sales team to ensure the right outcomes for the clients are met every time.

Experience Required:
  1. Management experience is desirable but not essential.
  2. Clear experience in an Account Management role managing multiple clients and ensuring the right process is followed.
  3. Experience working within the manufacturing or construction sectors would also be desirable.
  4. Resilience.
  5. Experience working towards targets.
  6. Eager personality to succeed in this new role and make it your own!
