The Role

As an Account Handler, you'll play a key role in providing expert insurance solutions to our clients. You'll support Account Executives in managing and growing client relationships, ensuring they have adequate and tailored insurance coverage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist Account Executives with client retention and development.
2. Identify gaps in coverage and offer tailored insurance solutions.
3. Provide professional advice and quotations to clients.
4. Manage renewals, documentation, and compliance processes.
5. Ensure accuracy in system records and task management.
6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
7. Work towards industry qualifications and expand product knowledge.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience in insurance account handling and/or knowledge of the Yachting industry.
2. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
