Account Executive, Translations and Fulfilment

The Role: Account Executive

In this role, you’ll be supporting the Study Lead with the development, translations, and global distribution of study materials.

You’ll collaborate with vendors and the internal teams to guarantee projects run smoothly, from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

Client Engagement and Vendor Management:

1. Participation in client or vendor communications via email or calls, as required
2. Production/filing of print vendor agendas and minutes
3. Demonstrating high attention to detail and producing high-quality materials for both external and internal stakeholders
4. Identifying and escalating translation or fulfilment vendor performance issues

Project Management:

1. Supporting the development of materials, translation, and fulfilment of patient recruitment materials
2. Support the translation process including but not limited to: filing and timely and accurate tracking of received documents, QC allocation and completing QC, review of bilingual tables
3. Manage the printing and shipping process as per print/ship requests received
4. Input into retention item selection and management
5. Be responsible for preparing reports in the defined time frame
6. Ensure timely and accurate tracker completion
7. Complete duties delegated by the Account Manager
8. Input into closeout process/reporting toward the archiving of studies at closure

Profitability Management:

1. Budget management including but not limited to approving vendor invoices
2. Obtaining translation and fulfilment vendor quotes
3. Reviewing task orders

Key Skills/Attributes/Education:

Desired:

1. Degree or higher in a biological science (preferred)
2. More than 2 years experience in materials development for patient recruitment, clinical research, or health communications.
3. Experience supporting the translation and/or printing and shipping of global patient recruitment materials (preferred)
4. Excellent organisation and communication skills, both written and oral
5. Ability to multitask, managing a variety of projects simultaneously, and experience working with numerous stakeholders on multiple projects
