As part of the Quantios Klea team, you'll contribute to a transformative platform developed with a singular focus on corporate client needs, backed by a team with extensive industry expertise.

We are looking for an Account Executive to source and execute new logo sales, with a focus on German speaking countries (DACH region).

Key responsibilities

We're looking for a driven hunter, who takes accountability for their own pipeline, and who has a proven ability to develop strategic territories. Complex deals are executed as a team and the Account Executive will be collaborative while driving high standards to achieve successful outcomes.

Key activities will include:

  1. Achieve revenue targets
  2. Prepare and execute a territory plan, including activity KPIs
  3. Mobilise resources and be accountable for the standard of the team's engagement
  4. Develop and maintain executive relationships
  5. Mine for strategic drivers within your deals and build a strategy around them
  6. Constantly simplify

Frequent international travel will be required.

Key skills and Experience

  1. You will have demonstrable success in a new logo territory, selling software across multiple stakeholders
  2. You will pro-actively build pipeline and consistently work your opportunities
  3. You bring professionalism to everything you do and you radiate energy
  4. You will be a tenacious solution sales expert, able to demonstrate discipline and professionalism across the sales cycle
