This is an activation role working within the Dell Commerce team, as well as the wider Commerce Practice. You will be a platform expert, not only utilising tools and tech to drive efficiencies but also business goals.
We are a team of 20 working on clients such as (but not limited to) Dell, Adidas, TCCC, Sony Playstation, MOWI, Tempur and Innocent (across UK, EMEA and Global opportunities).
The Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join the growing community in EssenceMediacom eCommerce Practice. You will effectively manage designated Amazon Sponsored Ads and DSP campaigns, ensuring we are constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance to exceed client expectations. You’ll develop strong relationships with clients and provide them with useful performance insight. Using a data-driven approach, you will assist with performance analysis, internal data maintenance, blocker identification and solution development that your team conducts.
Together with your team lead, you’ll be presenting internally and externally. This will range from product category insight to bespoke test & learn plans for your clients. You’ll also contribute to the planning, execution and evaluation of tests with methodical accuracy, with the aim to create tangible performance gains.

You are a motivated and versatile team player who has a passion for everything commerce and retail media related, coupled with a desire to continuously expand your knowledge. Your written and verbal communication skills are strong, and you’re able to work both independently on your tasks and in collaboration with your team members across your clients. Attention to detail is second nature to you, you’re diligent and observant. You also manage your own time and workload effectively and ensure your team lead is aware of what you are working on.
