Overview

Would you like to join our Cyber and Technology Practice Group? Our encouraging and ambitious team are looking to hire the newest member to join the Cyber Practice Group within the UK Retail division.

Working for a global strength in the insurance market, responsible for servicing accounts in an efficient, flexible manner.

Supporting your peers to meet client demands, achieve both renewal retention and growth rates in the Cyber Insurance and Cyber Risk Management specialisms.

How you'll make an impact

  • Develop and implement regional strategies for cyber risk management and insurance solutions in alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Deliver comprehensive cyber insurance reviews and tailored risk management solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with internal collaborators, such as sales, marketing, and claims teams, to guarantee smooth delivery of cyber services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their outstanding cyber risk profiles and providing expert guidance on risk mitigation and risk transfer strategies.
  • Visit with clients and internal Gallagher Executives as appropriate, it's here that your interpersonal skills will shine.
  • Identify and act upon new-business opportunities, using good judgement to recommend them if appropriate.
  • Stay informed about the most recent advancements in cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and standard methodologies to keep our offerings competitive and relevant.
  • Conduct training and workshops for clients and internal teams to improve understanding of cyber risks and insurance solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our cyber capabilities and thought leadership.
  • Monitor and report on regional performance metrics, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

About You

  • Holding/working towards one of the Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Dip CII/ Cert CII
  • Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
  • Extensive expertise in the cyber insurance sector, including a strong network, experience in cyber risk management, and a deep understanding of cyber threats, risk assessment methodologies, and insurance products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal collaborators.
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Ability to travel within the region as required.
