Job description

SheCodes is on a mission to bridge the gender gap in tech by empowering women worldwide with coding skills. Over 200,000 women have already participated in our workshops, and now, we're expanding into B2B partnerships to help businesses train and upskill their employees through SheCodes courses.

We're looking for a B2B Account Executive to drive our business-to-business growth. If you have experience in sales, partnerships, or account management and are passionate about tech education, we'd love to hear from you!

Your Role
  • Identify and reach out to companies interested in upskilling their female employees through SheCodes programs
  • Develop relationships with HR, L&D, and DEI leaders to offer SheCodes as a corporate training solution
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and account management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored B2B offerings
  • Track performance and optimize strategies for business growth
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management in EdTech, SaaS, or corporate training
  • A natural at closing deals, negotiating, and building long-term client relationships
  • Tech & Education Passion: Understanding of the tech industry and the importance of coding education
  • Strong Communicator: Ability to pitch, present, and sell SheCodes programs effectively
  • Self-starter: Comfortable working remotely and driving initiatives independently
