In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions while building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities

1. Manage and develop a portfolio of SME clients, delivering tailored insurance solutions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and risk profiles.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the portfolio.
4. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client queries and concerns promptly.
5. Oversee policy renewals, negotiating competitive terms with insurers.
6. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
7. Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
8. Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements

1. Proven experience within the insurance sector, particularly in commercial insurance and E-Trade package policies.
2. Strong knowledge of insurance products and their application to SME clients.
3. Proficiency in using insurance platforms and client management systems.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Ability to generate new business and meet sales targets.
6. Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
7. Cert CII qualification or willingness to work towards it (desirable).
8. Experience using Acturis or similar systems (desirable).
